The Role
The Cloud Engineer will be a trusted partner to our engineering teams, responsible for creating and maintaining our AWS infrastructure, engineering deployment and release automation, and ensuring our platform is reliable, observable, and secure. You will work with a high degree of autonomy and play an instrumental role in fostering collaboration across the organization.
What You Will Do
• Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using eksctl for IAC and Kubernetes
• Engineer deployment and release automation to support continuous delivery
• Collaborate with developers to POC new ideas and power platform projects
• Solve security concerns and design secure infrastructure patterns
• Design new iterations of our platform architecture
• Support developers with infrastructure guidance and troubleshooting
Connect with clients and work with taking our product to them – deploying on their infrastructure and solving any issues pertaining to the development by taking help from the developers/devops from xai and client devops engineers
Understanding ENSO platform specific issues and solving them when needed in the client env.
What You Bring
• 3–6 years of application support in production environments
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS or on-prem), Azure, Azure devops pipeline
• 2+ years of Python or Go scripting experience
• 3+ years with we use bitbucket and azure devops pipelines
• Strong understanding of infrastructure reliability, observability, and security
• A self-starting mindset with a drive to proactively identify and solve problems
Nice to Have
• Experience with Helm and Kustomize
• Background in infrastructure and application security
