Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end design processes: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design using AI tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Figma AI plugins) for rapid iteration.
· Build interactive prototypes and generate code snippets via AI-assisted coding to bridge design and development.
· Apply design thinking frameworks to solve complex problems, creating user journeys, storyboards, and usage scenarios that delight users.
· Partner closely with engineering and product teams, translating technical constraints into intuitive designs and acting as the UX authority.
· Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform data-driven decisions.
· Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution for scalable, enterprise-grade experiences.
Requirements
· 10+ years in product/UX design, with 3+ years in senior roles focused on AI-driven products (healthcare/tech preferred).
· Proven expertise in AI prototyping/coding tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Windsurf AI, Framer AI) and generating production-ready code from designs.
· Mastery of design thinking, Figma, Adobe Suite, and rapid prototyping workflows.
· Strong technical acumen to discuss APIs, backend systems, and engineering trade-offs fluently.
· Portfolio showcasing AI-powered projects, cross-functional collaborations, and impactful UX outcomes.
· Excellent communicator with experience in stakeholder alignment and user research.
· Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field; Google UX Certificate or equivalent a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
· Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and improve design performance.
