Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on
execution. You will contribute to product marketing initiatives across the lifecycle, from market
intelligence and GTM strategy to content marketing. The ideal candidate understands the U.S.
healthcare ecosystem, particularly payer and provider organizations, and can translate complex
healthcare technology into compelling, differentiated stories.
Key Responsibilities
• Shape GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for products and solutions.
• Create B2B content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify customer
needs, competitive gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement materials that help Sales effectively communicate product value,
differentiation, and use cases.
• Manage analyst relations through briefings, RFI responses, and ongoing engagement to
strengthen market visibility and credibility.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong product marketing exposure.
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, particularly payer and provider ecosystems.
• Strong content writing skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare technology.
• Working knowledge of SEO and GEO, with hands-on digital marketing execution experience.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
